Charlie is top notch. Charlie sold our condo uptown in 2 weeks during arguably one of the toughest times we've seen in recent memory (May 2020). Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, we couldn't do an open house, but Charlie was quick to use virtual tools to make our listing unbelievably impressive. Charlie was just who we needed when we finally realized we couldn't do the home search on our own. He took the time to show us every house we asked for and even when we found the house we liked (and are living in now) he still went out and looked at houses in the area to make sure we weren't making a hurried decision. We bought an older home and it needed a good amount of work which of course came upon the inspection but thanks to Charlie we got all of our work paid for and completed by the previous owner and moved in right on schedule. The home buying process is stressful but using a Realtor® like Charlie I would do it all over again.
